VANTAGE THEME

INTRODUCTION

Vantage is a popular theme of WordPress, that can be used for multiple purpose and fully support for the following features.

1. Menu: We can create different types of menus in vantage theme.

2. Page builder: Vantage theme fully supported for 'Page builder' plugin, and this plugin is used to design different types of responsive web pages.

3. Meta slider: This plugin is used to create different types of dynamic picture gallery and vantage theme also support for.

4. Woo-Commerce: This is a powerful plugin, that is used to create different types of e-commerce website like (Amazon. com, Flipkart, Jabong.com, etc.) and vantage theme also support for this plugin.

STEPS TO INSTALL VANTAGE THEME

1. Login to WordPress site.

2. Point to "Appearance"

3. Click on "Themes"

4. Click on "Add New" button

5. Now search the "Vantage" theme and install it.

HOW TO CREATE MENUS IN VANTAGE THEME

1. Open the WordPress site in editing mode.

2. Add the pages for menu.

3. Point to "Appearance"

4. Click on "Menus"

5. Select the pages, from "Most Recent"

6. Now click on "Add to menu" button.

META SLIDER PLUGIN
We can create different types of animate image gallery by meta slider.

Lets create an image gallery...

1. Point to "Plugins" and click on "Add New"

2. Search and install the "Meta Slider" plugin

.

3. After installed, activate the plugin.

4. Click on "Meta Slider" plugin.

5. Click on "Create your first slide show"

6. Click on "Add Slide" button.

7. Upload image files and click on "Add to slider" button

8. Now click on "Save & preview" button.

SLIDE SHOW IN VANTAGE THEME

1. Click on "Customize"

2. Click on "Theme Settings"

3. Click on "Home"

4. Replace 'Demo Slider'

5. Save the changes.

HOW TO REMOVE COMMENT BOX

By default 'Vantage' theme give a comment box with every page and these comment boxes can be remove by follow the below steps.

1. Login to WordPress site

2. Open the page in "Quick Edit" mode

3. Unchecked the "Allow Comments"

4. Update the page.

HOW TO INSERT  MAP LOCATION

1. Open the 'Google map'

2. Enter the area name.

3. Copy the 'Embed Code'

4. Open any page in 'Text' mode.

5. Paste the code and 'Update' the changes.

HOW TO LINK YOUTUBE VIDEOS

1. Open the www.youtube.com

2. Find the video and click on "Share" button.

3. Click on "Embed" button.

4. Copy the embedded code.

5. Open the WordPress page.

6. Paste the code and click on "Publish" button.
