INTRODUCTION
The Payroll info. is an important part of payroll system in tally erp 9 and it is used to enter all employee details and their information in your company.
So to enter the employee details in your company in tally erp 9, first you need to activate the payroll info.
1. Open your company.
2. Press "F11" key.
3. Select the "Accounting Features"
4. Make the "Maintain payroll" features to yes.
5. Now save the settings.
PAYROLL INFO. FEATURES
1. Employee Groups: This option is used to create employee department like (Administration, Management, Sales, Purchase, etc.)
2. Employees: This option is used to enter employee details like (Name, Address, Emp. Code, Basic Salary, etc.)
3. Units (Work): This option is used to create work units like (Days, Hours)
4. Attendance/Production Types: This option is used to create three working modes (Present, Absent, and Overtime)
5. Pay Heads: This option is used to create salary and allowances units like (Basic salary, HRA, DA, TA, etc.)
