Table: This tool is used to create a new table with the selected number of rows and columns.
Picture: This option is used to insert an image file from the different storage device such as (Hard disk, Pen drive, Optical disk, etc.)
Clip Art: This tool is used to insert an image file from Microsoft clip art gallery or from office.com
Screenshot: This tool is used to insert a picture of any program that is not minimized in the taskbar.
Photo Album: This option is used to create a new picture album or edit an already existing picture album and during creating a new picture album each picture will be placed on its own slide.
Shape: This tool is used to insert different types of shapes such (Rectangle, Square, Circles, Lines, etc.)
Smart Art: This tool is used to insert different types of predefined shapes (Cycle, Process, Hierarchy, Relationship, etc.) with textual information.
Chart: This option is used to insert different types of charts like (Bar, Line, Pie, Area) with desired data items.
Hyperlink (Ctrl + K): This option is used to link selected text with an already existing folder or existing program file.
Action: This option is used to add an action (hyperlink) with a selected 'action button' to specify, what should happen when you click on it.
Text Box: This option is used to insert a new text box in selected slide or add text to the selected shape.
Header & Footer: This option is used to insert header and footer or edit already inserted header and footer's contents.
Date & Time: This option is used to insert system date and time in the selected slide.
Slide Number: This option is used to insert slide number in each slide of current presentation.
Object: This tool is used to insert an embedded object by different graphic design application such Bitmap image (Microsoft Paint) and Excel chart.
We can also link with source file, so after linked any changes made in source file also effected in PowerPoint file too.
