Themes: A theme is an already existing template and this tool is used to change the overall format of a current document such (font style, background color, etc.)


Margin: This tool is used to change default page margin of the entire document by Left, Right, Top and Bottom direction as well as set margin for bookbinding by 'Gutter' features.


Page Setup



Orientation: The orientation tool is used to change the Microsoft word's document orientation in Portrait to landscape and vice versa.
1. Portrait: This orientation is used to print document contents in horizontal (Left to Right) Form.

2. Landscape: This orientation type is used to print document contents in vertical (Top to Bottom) format.

Note: By default Microsoft word set as portrait orientation.

Page Sizes: This option is used to select/change page sizes according to the printer settings.

A4
A5, etc. 


Columns: The columns tool is used to create two or more columns in the current document.
Note: To insert cursor in next columns, use "Ctrl + Shift + Enter" key.

Page Break: This option is used to add a page break, section break, or column in the current document.

Line Numbers: This option is used to add line numbers in the margin alongside each line of the current document.

Hyphenation: This option is used to turn on hyphenation, and add automatically hyphen symbol between the words.
hyphenation allows the word to break lines between the syllables of words, for example in books and magazines, hyphenate their text in order to have uniform spacing between words.

Watermark: This tool is used to insert any text line or an image file in the background of each page as text watermark and photos watermark.

Page Color: This option is used to change the background color, by color, tiled or by an image file.

1. No Color: To remove the background color.

2. More Colors: To create your own color.

3. Fill Effects: To insert gradient color, tiled and image in the background of Microsoft word's document.

Page Borders: This option is used to insert page border by different types of outlines or by different types of clip art shapes.

Indent: The indent tool is used to change default text indent margin from the left and right side.

Paragraph Spacing: This option is used to change default paragraph space between selected paragraphs.

1. Before: This option is used to add paragraph spaces before every selected paragraph.

2. After: This option is used to add paragraph spaces after every selected paragraph.



Position: This option is used to change the position of the selected object in document's page.

Wrap Text: This option is used to change the wrap text boundary of the selected object (Clipart and picture object)



Bring Forward: This option is used to bring the selected object in front of one object.

Bring to Front: This option is used to bring the selected object in front of all objects. 

Bring in Front of Text: This option is used to bring the selected object in front of the text.


Send Backward: This option is used to send the selected object behind of one object.

Send to Back: This option is used to send the selected object behind of all objects.

Send Behind Text: This option is used to send the selected object behind of text.

Selection Pane: The selection pane sidebar window is used to manage the all existing objects.
Selection pane mostly used to perform the following task with objects.
1. Select and deselect the object.
2. Hide and unhide selected object.
3. Hide all and show all hidden objects.

Align: This option is used to edges of multiple selected objects and you can also center theme or distribute them evenly across the page.

Group: This option is used to group selected all objects.

Ungroup: This option is used to ungroup a selected already grouped object.

Rotate: This option is used to rotate the selected object in the different direction.
