REVIEW TAB IN EXCEL

Spelling (F7): In Microsoft Excel, this option is used to only check and correct the spelling mistakes.

Note: By default, Microsoft Excel does not provide any indication for spelling mistakes so we have to check all the spelling mistakes manually.

Research (Alt + Left click): This option is used to search any topic for Microsoft excel with the help of Microsoft search engine "Bing.com"
Therefore we need internet access to perform the Research task.

Thesaurus: This tool shows the synonyms for a selected word or suggests other words with a similar meaning for a selected word.

Translate: This option is used to convert selected text in any other language and  this option also require the internet access to perform the translation task.

New Comment (Shift + F2): This option is used to insert a comment in any selected cell.
Comments are used to add additional details for selected text.

Delete: This option is used to delete a comment from a selected cell. 

Next: This option is used to visit next comment from the selected cell.

Previous: This option is used to show the previous comment from any selected cell.

Show/Hide Comments: This option is used to show and hide comment only from the selected cell.

Show All Comments: This option is used to show all comments in the selected worksheet.

Protect Sheet: This option is used to protect any worksheet with a password and after protecting a worksheet, no one can edit the worksheet.

PROTECT WORKBOOK 

This option is used to protect a workbook and after protect a workbook, we cant perform the following tasks.

a. Insert a new worksheet.

b. Delete any already existing worksheet.

c. Rename a worksheet.

d. Move or Copy a worksheet.

e. Hide & Unhide a worksheet.

Share Workbook: This option is used to share a workbook between two or more than two users and after share, two users can simultaneously edit that workbook.

Note: We cant delete a worksheet from a shared workbook.

Track Changes: This option is used to find changes which made by other users and after find we can add or remove these changes.
