PAGE LAYOUT TAB IN EXCEL





Theme: This option is used to change the overall design of selected worksheet such as (font style, color, etc.)


Margin: this option is used to change default page margin with help of (Left, Right, Top, Bottom) direction and also used to change default margin space for header and footer.





Orientation: this option is used to change default orientation of Microsoft excel and Ms-Excel contain "Portrait" as default orientation, every Microsoft office contain two orientation types, which are described below.

1. Portrait: this orientation type is used to print content in horizontal format (Left to right) in printouts.

2. Landscape: this orientation type is used to print content in vertical format (Top to bottom) in printouts.


Size: This option is used to change default page size of Microsoft Excel and by default Microsoft excel page set in "Letter" page size.


Print Area: This tool is used print only selected data items with help of "Set Print Area" sub-option and its second sub-option (Clear Print Area) is used to delete an already existing Print Area.


Break: This Tool is used break an excel worksheet in four pages by selected cell.
All sub option of "Break" tool, is described below.  

1. Insert Page Break: This sub-option is used to break page from the selected cell.
2. Remove Page Break: This sub-option is used to remove selected page break.

3. Reset All Page Breaks: This sub-option is used to remove all existing page break. 


Background: This option is used to set any selected image file in the background of Microsoft Excel's worksheet.


Print Titles: This option is used to insert header and footer, change default page margins, change page orientation and to perform other tasks. 


Width: This option is used to shrink the width of printed output to fit a maximum number of selected pages. 


Height: This option is used to shrink the height of printed output to fit a maximum number of selected pages.


Scale: This option is used to stretch or shrink the printed output to a percentage of its actual size and the maximum width and height must be set to "Automatic" for normal size printouts. 


Gridlines: This option is used to show and hide the grid lines in the current worksheet as well as also used to print grid lines in printouts by "Print" option.


Headings: This option is used to show and hide Columns and Rows heading as well as also used to print Columns and Rows headings.
