HISTORY OF C LANGUAGE
C programming language was developed by Dennis Ritchie at Bell laboratories in 1972.
Therefore Dennis Ritchie is known as father of C language.
Initially C language was developed to create Unix operating system. It inherits many features from its previous programming languages B and BCPL.
At present C programming language is widely using to develop several OS (Operating System) components, Computer games, Commercial software and other application programs.
