To create a contact form for WordPress websites, we need a special plugin "Contact Form 7" which can be download from www.wordpress.org

STEPS TO SET UP CONTACT FORM
1. Login in WordPress website.
2. Point to "Plugins" and click on "Add New"
3. Search and install the "Contact Form 7" plugin.
4. Activate the plugin.
5. Now click on "Installed Plugins"
6. Click on "Settings" under "Contact Form 7"
7. Copy the "Shortcode" and paste it in any web-page.
HOW TO CHANGE DEFAULT EMAIL ID
1. Click on "Installed Plugins"
2. Click on "Settings" under "Contact Form 7"
3. Point to Contact Form 7" and click on "Edit"
4. Now change the email details and save the changes.
ADD MULTIPLE EMAIL IDs
1. Click on "Installed Plugins"
2. Click on "Settings" under "Contact Form 7"
3. Point to Contact Form 7" and click on "Edit"
4. Click "Mail" table button.
5. Scroll down and check on "Use Mail (2)"
6. Now fill the email ID and save the changes.
